We received a called from our customer stating that a large section of their warehouse was without heat. Our Electrical team responded and discovered the under slab 100 amp circuit that fed the 50 horsepower gas fired heater was shorted and damaged the conduit. The repair required a new circuit to be run and the only accessible route was in the ceiling. Alan Jones, Byran Strobel, Mike Epps, Wayne Baker and Devon Vickery were the team members that did the outstanding job of delivering great customer service.
Safety: During the Project, the team was aware of the hazards and used appropriate PPE, lift, fall protection and material handling methods to safely perform the work and ensure all the team members go home safely each day.
Integrity: As trusted advisors of providing expert solutions, the team maintain the commitment of getting to work immediately and stay on the job until completing the task.
Empathy: The customer shared with us that the cold temperatures created a poor work environment for their employees and was affecting the service to their customers. We worked with the warehouse supervisor to minimize the impact to the business and keeping everyone happy.
Urgency: The team worked swiftly to accomplish the task with out jeopardizing safety, quality and high level of customer service. The customer was very please with the entire project.
