Massive Weekend Project!

CSUSA Strategic Accounts reached out to our ColonialWebb office in the Carolina's to fulfill a project at a major big box retailer. The primary scope of work was replacing 20 HVAC RTU’s and ancillary electrical and control work in just two nights! Our Service Projects Team took on the opportunity without hesitation. The team managed multiple sub-contractors, coordinated with an active retail site, directed night-time crane activity, and started up all the units each night! This was a great example of teamwork and exceptional coordination by our projects team.

In addition, the crew had to develop a work plan with safety as their number one priority and were able to execute without incident.
