A PINNACLE CUSTOMER
ColonialWebb has performed maintenance, repair service, and various projects over the past ten years at Great Wolf Lodge (GWL) in Williamsburg, VA. We have maintained a strong relationship with GWL by focusing on them as a “pinnacle” customer. (A pinnacle customer is defined as a customer who has high growth opportunities with high relationships.)
With our assistance, Great Wolf Lodge identified energy recovery units, or “ERU’s” as a critical item that needed attention right away. The units have deteriorated greatly due to the chlorinated air running through them nearly "24/7". GWL was facing a busy summer without reliable units, so they had to act quick!
Neuman Pools is one of Great Wolf Lodge’s national partners, and they assist them with every large construction project related to the waterpark operations. Receiving the green light to renovate the HVAC systems, Rick Stewart, Director of Engineering at GWL, recommended ColonialWebb as their primary provider.
Even though the units were already ordered, and were due to show up in a matter of weeks, the project still had to be competitively bid due to its scale. Greg Womble and Jim Billings were able to position ColonialWebb as the only provider who could manage such a complex and quick turnaround project such as this one. A strong plan of attack was assembled by Greg, Jim, Billy Miller, George Griffin, Ryan Pairis, and Eric Compton, and we were confident we had the solution that Neuman Pools needed!
Due to the strong customer relationship and the extraordinary capabilities of our team, ColonialWebb won the mechanical project worth over $700K! Congratulations to everyone involved!
