ColonialWebb Branding Update


Since our last update, a lot of exciting things have been happening around our brand. As you will recall, the three primary goals for this initiative are:

  • Formulate ColonialWebb’s optimal brand positioning strategy

  • Identify and articulate ColonialWebb’s core corporate values

  • Create a thoughtful rollout plan for both the brand refresh and corporate values


Over the past few months, several employees were asked to participate in focus groups that were organized in conjunction with Pure Culture Consulting and Southeastern Institute of Research, (SIR). Shortly after the focus groups concluded, and based on research from those sessions, a “Values Jam” survey was sent to all employees to get a deeper understanding of brand and values with our entire workforce. The focus groups and the Values Jam provided valuable feedback that will assist in developing our brand.


To gain added insight from a different viewpoint, numerous customer surveys were also conducted. Our goal was to understand the value that ColonialWebb provides from our customer's perspective.


In addition, an assessment of our online presence was gauged to see how we measure against our competitors via our website and social media outlets. An evaluation on the strength of our core corporate values was also performed.


We will soon hear the results of the research and discovery from our partners and we are eager to hear their recommendations.
