Industrial Refrigeration is Ready for 2017


2016 was hands down a great year, but to discuss why we were successful, we need to go back in time a little bit. When we entered 2015, we made a commitment to focus on employee retention and customer relationships. We visited with customers and with our technicians in the field. We spent more money on training for our technicians in 2015 than ever before, and we got down to some of the nuts and bolts of what made our organization tick.

While we recognized that we had still had a long way to go, we moved into 2016 and decided that second only to safety, our focus would be on the core of our Industrial Refrigeration Service Business, our employees and our customers. We decided it was time to increase our Service Management team and added Rusty Osborne in the southern region so that our technicians and customers would receive more one-on-one attention and we could start being proactive rather than reactive. Everyone on our team came together and really made a commitment to themselves, our customers, and our team.

Our technicians and apprentices are our business and our focus should always be on them. In support of our field team, we have service managers who consistently work to improve themselves and the quality of the training they provide to our field team. We also have a dedicated support team in the office who are committed to our customers and technicians in every way and, with the continued strong efforts of Russell Hillman, we will grow our customer base even more.

We are ready to bring in 2017 with an even stronger finish than 2016!
