ColonialWebb Wins the CSUSA Large Construction Award for Q3!
Congratulations to the entire PW#12 team for the successful execution of this project.
The project consisted of a 339,000 sq. ft. Performing Arts Center school, masonry built structure including a 70,000 sq. ft. natatorium, outbuildings, stadium structure, sports fields, site improvements and road improvements. Mechanical systems included 4 pipe FCUs, standard chilled water RTUs with VAVs and chilled beams in classrooms with DOAUs for ventilation air. In an extremely competitive market, ColonialWebb competed against a lot of local mechanical contractors and was ultimately awarded the job!
This project took 2+ years to complete and over 84,000 man hours! And guess what? In all that time, there were ZERO recordable incidents! “The entire CW team did an outstanding job on the project… We absolutely hope to do another project with CW at some point in the near future,” said the GC of the project.
Thank you to our Project Executive, Thomas Weingertner and Senior Superintendent, Tim Stalnaker for delivering this difficult project injury free! Brett Mutnick, the Vice President of ColonialWebb Construction stated “Thomas & Tim led the team to a very successful and incident free 2-1/2-year project over 2 hours from home. Overcoming challenges, while delivering a quality project and receiving accolades from our customer is the best you can expect from our team and they delivered in a big way. Thanks to the PW#12 team for their operational excellence!”
GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE ON THE TEAM!
